This site describes patient acquisition services offered by Superior Lead Group (Business #1001635085), Thunder Bay, Ontario. Using the site means you accept these terms.

No guarantee of results

Nothing on this website is a promise of specific results. We do not guarantee a number of inquiries, bookings, patients, revenue, profit or return on advertising spend.

Outcomes depend on factors including your market size, competition, treatment demand, offer quality, advertising performance, clinic reputation, pricing, response speed, booking process, attendance and retention. Many of these are outside our control.

The calculator

The clinic economics calculator is a planning aid. It performs arithmetic on figures you supply and returns estimates. It doesn't access your business data, doesn't predict campaign performance, and doesn't constitute financial, accounting, tax or business advice. Gross revenue is not profit. Verify any figure with your own accountant before making a financial decision.

Pricing shown

Prices displayed on this site are starting monthly management fees in Canadian dollars and exclude advertising spend, which is paid directly to the advertising platform. Some campaigns may also incur software or usage costs, which are quoted before work begins. Final pricing and scope are confirmed in a written agreement. We may change published pricing at any time; changes don't affect an engagement already underway.

Enquiries and consent

By submitting the growth plan form you confirm the information you've provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and — if you ticked the consent box — that you agree to be contacted about your enquiry by email, phone or SMS. Submitting the form doesn't create a contract or oblige either party to proceed.

Service agreements

Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, ownership of assets, confidentiality and cancellation terms. Where those terms differ from anything on this website, the signed agreement takes precedence.

Third-party platforms

Our work involves third-party platforms including advertising, CRM, hosting, scheduling and messaging services. We aren't responsible for their availability, policy changes, pricing changes, account actions or ad disapprovals. Advertising platforms may reject or restrict advertising at their own discretion, particularly in regulated categories such as health and aesthetics.

Intellectual property

The content, design, copy and graphics on this website belong to Superior Lead Group. Please don't copy or reproduce them without permission. Ownership of work produced during a client engagement is set out in that client's written agreement.

Where we link to third-party websites, we do so for convenience. We don't control their content or practices and aren't responsible for them.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superior Lead Group isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content, including the calculator. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it.
