This policy explains what information Superior Lead Group collects through superiorleadgroup.ca, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It's written to be readable rather than exhaustive. If anything is unclear, email us and we'll answer plainly.
Who we are
Superior Lead Group is a sole proprietorship (Business #1001635085) based in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. We build and manage patient acquisition systems for med spas and medical aesthetic clinics.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you complete the growth plan form we collect your name, clinic name, email address, phone number, city, website, priority treatment, provider count, available capacity, current patient sources, marketing spend, ad budget, your stated challenge and desired outcome, and your consent selection.
Calculator inputs. If you use the clinic economics calculator and then continue to the application, the values you entered and the estimates produced are stored temporarily in your browser and attached to your submission — so you aren't asked the same questions twice. The calculator transmits nothing on its own. Nothing is sent unless you submit the form, and the stored values are cleared once you do.
Technical information. Standard web data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed, collected through analytics.

- To respond to your enquiry by email, phone or SMS
- To understand how the website is used and improve it
How we contact you
If you tick the consent box on the form, you're agreeing to be contacted about your enquiry by email, phone or SMS. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to an SMS, or by emailing superiorleadgroup@gmail.com. We don't send marketing messages to people who haven't asked to hear from us.
CRM and third-party services
Form submissions are stored in a customer relationship management (CRM) platform so enquiries can be tracked and followed up. We may also use:
- Hosting — to serve this website
- Email and SMS delivery providers — to send you a response
- Calendly — if you book a call, Calendly collects the details you provide under its own privacy policy
- Analytics — to understand site usage
- Advertising pixels — including the Meta pixel, where enabled, to measure advertising performance
These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside Canada. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone other than the service providers needed to run our business.
Cookies and advertising pixels
This site may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will still work. Where an advertising pixel is active, it may allow platforms such as Meta to recognise return visits for measurement and retargeting.
Calculator limitations
The clinic economics calculator produces illustrative estimates based only on the figures you enter. It does not predict campaign performance and does not guarantee inquiries, bookings, patients, revenue or profit. Gross revenue is not the same as profit. Don't treat its output as financial advice or as a projection of results.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to evaluate fit, respond to you, and meet record-keeping obligations. If you'd like your information deleted, email us and we'll remove it, subject to any records we're legally required to retain.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to be contacted. Email superiorleadgroup@gmail.com and we'll respond within a reasonable period.
Health information
We work with clinics, not their patients. Our forms are for business enquiries from clinic owners and staff — please don't send us patient health information. Any patient data handled inside a clinic's own systems remains the clinic's responsibility under applicable health privacy legislation.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and operators. It isn't directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
