Built Around a Better Standard for Med Spa Marketing
Founder-led, deliberately narrow, and honest about when the numbers don't work.
Why med spas only
The patient journey for aesthetic treatments doesn't resemble anything else. The research window is long, the objections are specific, price sensitivity behaves oddly, and the path from idle curiosity to a booked consultation has its own shape.
An agency splitting attention across dentists, gyms and contractors rebuilds that understanding from scratch on every account. Working in one industry means every campaign starts from what already works in it.
Why advertising alone is incomplete
Most clinics don't have an attention problem. They have a gap between the click and the calendar. An ad produces an enquiry, the enquiry lands in an inbox, and then it waits for whoever is free.
Advertising on its own is a lead generator with no destination. The offer, the landing page, the follow-up, the pipeline and the tracking have to work as one thing — and someone has to be accountable for whether that whole path produces consultations, not just for whether the ads ran.
Founder-led, no handoffs
You work with me directly. No account manager layer, no rotating junior staff, no being introduced to someone new six weeks in. When something needs attention, you're talking to the person who built it and who is looking at the numbers.
Honest qualification
Not every clinic should run paid acquisition, and not every treatment justifies it. Some markets don't have the population. Some treatments don't carry the margin. Some clinics are already at capacity and would only frustrate patients by generating more enquiries.
So the first conversation is a qualification, not a pitch. We look at your priority treatment, your local market, your available capacity and the economics. If a responsible test doesn't add up, I'll tell you that before you spend anything — it costs me a client and saves you a season of wasted budget.
Where we work
Superior Lead Group is based in Thunder Bay, Ontario, and works with med spas and medical aesthetic clinics across the province. Being outside the Toronto agency bubble is useful: most of the clinics we work with are in markets where the volume assumptions baked into big-city playbooks simply don't hold.
Let's Find Out Whether the Numbers Support It
We'll review your priority treatment, local market, capacity and available budget, then tell you whether a responsible patient-acquisition test makes sense.
Get My Growth PlanNo generic pitch. If it doesn't add up, we'll say so.
